About Block 7 Downtown Apartments:
Block 7 Downtown Apartments (the “Project”) is the new construction of 78 housing units by K2 Development Companies (K2). The benefits of the Project for the City of Redding include the following:
- 80% of the rental housing units will be rent restricted for low-income tenants.
