CSCDA Issues $113,750,000 in Tax-Exempt Bonds for Hawaiian Gardens Apartments

The California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) is pleased to announce the issuance of $113,750,000 in tax-exempt multi-family affordable housing bonds for Hawaiian Gardens Apartments in Hawaiian Gardens, California.

About Hawaiian Gardens Apartments:

Hawaiian Gardens Apartments is an acquisition and rehabilitation of 264 multifamily affordable housing apartments by Centralia Affordable Communities, LP.  The project sponsor is Logan Capital Advisors.  Hawaiian Gardens Apartments will continue to be 100% affordable and provide two and three-bedroom apartments to low-income residents in Hawaiian Gardens, California.

About the Financing:

CSCDA and Logan Capital Advisors partnered with Citibank, N.A. to provide tax-exempt multifamily affordable housing bonds for Hawaiian Gardens Apartments.  The project will undergo an extensive interior and exterior renovation ensuring that residents have an updated, safe, and affordable community to call home for years to come.  The financing of Hawaiian Gardens Apartments will maintain the affordability of units for low-income tenants for 55 years.
