CSCDA Releases 2016/17 Fiscal Year Summary - Sets New Record in Affordable Housing Bonds

The California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) is pleased to release its summary of public benefit activities for the year ending June 30, 2017:
  • Affordable Housing Bonds Issued – $852,089,555
    • The Largest Housing Bond Volume in CSCDA’s 29-Year History
    • Volume Increased 26% - Creating or Preserving More than 5,200 Affordable Units
  • 501c3 Nonprofit Bonds Issued – $671,680,000
  • Infrastructure Bonds Issued – $91,093,593
  • Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Bond Issuance Increased by 70%
    • CSCDA Now Has Six Administrators under its Open PACE Program
  • Received $70 Million Allocation of New Markets Tax Credits
    • The Largest Award Received by a California Based Community Development Entity
